To register for the My Health Association Insurance Scheme, simply download and complete the MHA Membership Form and the MHA Insurance Application Form. You will also find relevant insurance information in the list of downloads above. Also for your information, download the QBE Insurance Liability Wording Here.

My Health Association reserves the right to assess all industry qualifications to determine if you are an acceptable applicant under the insurance scheme. Please refer to the List of recognised qualifications. You may still submit your application if you hold other qualifications than those listed. Please provide photocopies of all relevant qualifications. (See Membership Application Form).

My Health Association members will be granted free entry into our annual Yoga and Natural Therapies Conference including workshops and seminars.

As a MHA member, we also offer informative and relevant industry information and articles through a quarterly newsletter which can be emailed or posted to you.
